At Oil and Gas Services we have a team of highly skilled, dedicated and mobile, boiler Service Engineers, located throughout the city. OGS is ready to react when you have a breakdown. We use the latest computer software to manage our call out service, which provides live information from our engineers. Knowing at all times where our engineers are while they are travelling to your location is key. We also know when they are on another site and when they’ve completed that call. This allows us to continually provide you with an accurate arrival time, thereby reducing the stress of a Boiler breakdown.

Breakdown Service

Call us before midday and we’ll get an engineer to you the same day. Our fully trained engineer will usually be able to get your boiler up and running again quickly and should be able to complete the work on the same day. If the boiler needs a part that he hasn’t got on board, then he can collect if from our warehouse, or from the supplier directly. OGS always aim to return later the same day, or the following day. We’ll have you up and running as quickly as possible.

Our breakdown call out charge is €105.00 payable on the day, but breakdown call-outs are covered as part of an annual service agreement which is available for only €143.00 (Gas) and €170.00 (Oil) and that includes an annual boiler service too.
